Long before food trends and fancy marketing, there were places like Butcher Boy’s.

Places where the tea was sweet, the burgers were messy, the meat was fresh (and real), and everybody felt welcome.

We were honored to recently be featured by Eat Drink SETX as part of their Nacogdoches Restaurant Guide. Reading words like “venerable,” “historic,” and “worth the stop” reminds us just how special this restaurant really is — not because of us, but because of the people who have supported it for generations.

So many memories have been made inside these walls:

• After football games.
• Family lunches after church.
• College students finding their new favorite burger.
• Grandparents bringing in grandkids for the very first time.

That’s what Butcher Boy’s has always been about.

We’re proud to still be here, still cooking, and still serving East Texas nearly 50 years later.
