A Piece of East Texas History

We’re honored to be featured in the Nacogdoches Restaurant Guide by Eat Drink SETX.

For nearly 50 years, Butcher Boy’s has been more than just a restaurant to us — it’s been family, memories, hard work, and community. What started in 1977 has grown into generations of customers who still walk through our doors for burgers, pies, country cooking, and familiar faces.

The article talks about our “big, greasy, and divine” burgers, homemade pies, chopped beef sandwiches, and old-school atmosphere. But the part that means the most to us is being recognized as part of Nacogdoches history.

Restaurants come and go, but we’ve always believed in keeping things simple:
Good food. Friendly service. Real people.

We’re thankful for every customer who has supported us over the years — from longtime locals to SFA students discovering us for the first time.
