I used to eat at Butcher Boy's all the time when I was a grad student at SFA back in 1987. I loved the Wop Burger, which I see is no longer on the menu, and always used to buy the German sausage to grill. I am in the Air Force and presently live in Colorado. (I will always be from Texas no matter where they send me.) My boss, whose hometown is Lufkin, flew his plane down recently to visit his family and asked me if I wanted anything from the Holy Land. I immediately asked for sausage from Butcher Boy's. I just finished grilling and eating some hot links he brought back. It brought back some great flavorful memories and made me feel like I was back home in heaven! Thanks, Butcher Boys!
