We recently got featured by Eat Drink SETX in their Nacogdoches Restaurant Guide, and we have to admit…they described our burgers pretty perfectly.

From burgers and chopped beef sandwiches to homemade pies and old-school smokehouse vibes, the article highlights everything people have loved about Butcher Boy’s for decades.

Since 1977, we’ve been serving East Texas the same way we always have:
Fresh food, generous portions, and no shortcuts.

We love seeing travelers, college students, and longtime locals discover (or rediscover) what makes Butcher Boy’s special. There’s something pretty cool about being considered one of the iconic stops in Nacogdoches after all these years.
